About CDC: Governance

CDC is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by parents of the children in all CDC programs. New Board members are elected and other business is addressed in an Annual Meeting of all CDC families.

General membership meeting of all CDC families, 5:45pm at CDC

All CDC familes are invited to attend this annual meeting. As the principal order of business, new Board members will stand for election.

Parents not serving on the Board are welcome to participate in the work of many of the Board's committees; if you are interested, please let the Board members know at the meeting.
