Posted November 19th, 2007 by CDC WebmasterWelcome to the new home of the CDC Parenting Forum, and the future home of the CDC web site. In an effort to expand the options for teachers, parents and staff to communicate with each other, we're working on shifting the CDC web site over to a new platform which will allow more interaction and participation by everybody. We'll also be working to get this new site to look substantially like the old one, but we'll need to experiment a bit.
In the meantime, the Parenting Forum will live here while the new site is built up around it. We appreciate your patience, and welcome your input. Thanks!
Update: Please pardon the changes in our appearance. We're working to change the site to look like the main CDC site.

I had a terrific time at the last meeting. Thanks to all of you who attended. We will be meeting again on Wednesday, December 5. We will review your stories of the interesting things that happened when you acknowledged your children's feelings and begin talking about "Engaging Cooperation." Feel free to email me off list with questions- (eakurtz@sbcglobal.net) or just post stories and questions here!
