Summer Camp

1289 Jewett Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

Community Day Camp will be open again this summer for children post kindergarten through pre-sixth grade.

We are happy to announce that camp will be at Clonlara again this summer. This is a wonderful building with lots of natural light, close to town, and on the bus line.

A typical week at CDC Camp centers around a  theme, activities, and a corresponding field trip each week.  All of the traditional camp arts, crafts, games, and sports are included in our programming. Children are encouraged to participate in the planning of activities in order to accommodate their individual and group interests.

UPDATE: Enrollment for this summer is complete and most groups are full for the summer. If you are interested in finding out if there is space or to be added to a waitlist, please email

We are changing enrollment this year to a more equitable practice. CDC will hold spaces for the following criteria: scholarship recipients, families making under $70,000, children with disabilities and their siblings, children of color, families and children belonging to the LGBTQAI+ community, and single-parent income households.

CDC will hold a lottery for the remaining spots available.  Registration will be open for 2 full weeks prior to our lottery.  We recognize that families who fall into any or all of the above categories may need more time to complete registration.
